[IGSMAIL-7885] BKG-GDC: Change in Folder Structure for Sitelogs

[BKG-GDC at bkg.bund.de]

Dear colleagues,

last week of January (2020-01-28) we will change the folder structure for sitelogs at BKG-GDC.

Old: [project]/station/SSSS_YYYYMMDD.log

New: [project]/station/log/SSSS_YYYYMMDD.log
     [project]/station/log_9char/SSSSMRCCC_YYYYMMDD.log
