[IGSMAIL-7834] Delay in submission of IGS Rapid products for IGR2073-0 [SEC=OFFICIAL]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay in the submission of the IGS rapid product for 2073-0 of approximately 1.5 hours. There was an error in the automated running of the combination, a manual run has been completed.
