[IGSMAIL-7796] Open positions at AIUB

Dear colleagues,

The Astronomical Institute of the University of Bern (AIUB) is now 
accepting applications for two 2 Ph.D. candidates in the field of GNSS 
data analysis for a project funded by the European Research Council (ERC).

AIUB operates the Center for Orbit Determination in Europe (CODE), one 
of the global Analysis Centers of the International GNSS Service (IGS), 
as well as the Swiss Optical Ground Station and Geodynamics Observatory 
in Zimmerwald, one of the most productive stations of the International 
Laser Ranging Service (ILRS). The ERC project will be performed in 
collaboration with both CODE and the Zimmerwald Observatory.
