[IGSMAIL-7725] NEW gfzrnx-1.11 released

Dear gfzrnx users,

we would like to anounce the next release version of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3
toolbox (gfzrnx-1.11-7513).

A bunch of smaller bugs has been fixed. Please see the changelog.txt for details.
gfzrnx is now fully supporting Rinex 3.04. Due to user wishes a new tabular 
observation data output has been added for the use with third party 
applications.

Any feedback (suggestions, bugs, ...) is welcome and can be sent to:
