[IGSMAIL-7715] GFZ stations: Stop Delivery of RINEX v.2

Dear colleagues,

GFZ finally rolled over to the new Data Centre. We switched off the old 
data chains
and stopped delivering RINEX v.2 to the IGS data centres.

The rollover took place on Monday, 17th. Therefore you will find 
complete hourly/daily files up
to DOY 2018/349 in the archives.

Please apologize for the short notice and the effects that this switch 
might have caused.
