[IGSMAIL-7687] TRIMBLE receiver station operators

Trimble receiver RINEX 3 navigation files have had several mis-formatting issues. Trimble has now taken effort to fix this issues and released both a new receiver firmware and an update of their PC RINEX converter.

To eliminate all known issues both a firmware update and the new version of the RINEX convertor are required. 



The latest PC RINEX convertor (ConvertToRinex v3.08.0) can be found here;

The NetR9 firmware (v5.37) is accessible from the Download area of this NetR9 page:

Please check if this software update is applicable to your equipment and upgrade both tools as soon as possible.
