[IGSMAIL-7657] Delay in Submission of ultra-rapid combination for 2012-1 hour 00 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Dear Colleagues,

The ultra-rapid combination for GPS week 2012, DoW 1 Hour 00 failed due to a problem in creating the summary file. This has now been fixed and the products have been uploaded to the global data centres. The delay in submission is approximately 1 hour.
