[IGSMAIL-7606] NEW gfzrnx-1.10 released

Dear gfzrnx users,

we would like to anounce the next release version of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3
toolbox (gfzrnx-1.10-7329).

due to some small but seriious bugs in navigation files header handling we 
recommend to update to the latest version gfzrnx-1.10.

(1) fix - extended header lines for header label (IONOSPHERIC CORR).
(2) fix - indicating an error for exponential number representation with "D"
           before exponent.

Due to user request some additional information has been added to "-meta" 
outputs ("sysprn", "sysobs", "sysfrq", "systyp") for more convenient monitoring 
tasks ...
