[IGSMAIL-7556] Delay in release of IGS final products for GPS week 1977 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Dear Colleagues,

There will be a delay in the release of the IGS final products for GPS week 1977. We are currently having a problem with the final clock exchange with NRL. Once this has been resolved we will be able to publish the final orbit and clock products.
