[IGSMAIL-7540] IGSCB Accessibility Issues

Good Morning All,

We are receiving reports that IGSCB.jpl.nasa.gov is no longer accessible
externally.  We are aware of the issue and working to restore the
services.  There is no ETA at this time for a resolution but the issues are
being worked on.

Please note the following:

   - igscb.jpl.nasa.gov website
      - The website is no longer maintained and supported. Please use
      igs.org for the most current information.
      - We are working to restore access to the site.
   - Mailing listing
   - Sending and receiving emails to the mailings list still work at this
      time.
      - The web interface is inaccessible at this time.
   - FTP
      - igscb.jpl.nasa.gov ftp site does not work at this time.  We are
      working to restore access to the service.
      - FTP Files can accessed by ftp://igs.org/.

Please let us know if there are any further questions. We will send a
follow up email when the services are restored.
