[IGSMAIL-7501] NEW gfzrnx-1.08 released (header edit fix)

Dear "gfzrnx" users,

we would like to anounce the next release version of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3
toolbox (gfzrnx-1.08-7186).

This update is highly recommended for users using multi station settings in
the header edit configuration file (-crux). Via adding the support for 9-char.
station names a small bug was introduced in the pattern matching, which has
the effect that a corresponding setting got active only for the first station 
in the list.

here a small example:
----------
update_insert :

   MNO - STA1.STA2.STA3:

   "OBSERVER / AGENCY"         : { 0: "unknown", 1: "GFZ Potsdam" }
----------

in this case the setting was used only for STA1.

Here the general advice to use the following command to check which settings
of the header edit configuration file are really active:

gfzrnx -crux crux.conf -show_crux
