[IGSMAIL-7491] NEW gfzrnx-1.07 released

Dear "gfzrnx" users,

we would like to anounce the next release version of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3 
toolbox (gfzrnx-1.07-7176).

Due to user feedback bugs have been fixed and new features and updates 
have been implemented.

here a short summary of the updates:

- Do same operation for multiple files with a single command call
   (-single_file -sifl).

- Revised -ot handling (obs. type selection), now there is only a left aligned
   pattern selection possible.

- Revised -ots handling (obs. type sorting), a sort by frequency was added.

- Revised site name handling (file name / header MARKER NAME ...).

- A new -meta (file meta information) type "medium" was added providing number
   of epochs information in addition to the faster "basic" type.

- New extension letters for automatic file naming of non standard RINEX-2i
   single system nav. files have been added (BDS(c), QZSS(j), IRNSS(i)).

- Full 9-char station name support added including -site, -crux, "MARKER NAME"
   etc. handling.
