[IGSMAIL-7487] KASI GDC Server Outage

Dear Colleagues,

Over the weekend we experienced a significant outage to our GDC. We are trying to fix the problem as quickly as possible.
The KASI GDC will not be available at all during that time until the server restarts.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this outage may cause.
