[IGSMAIL-7450] igs14_1941.atx: Handover of duties to Arturo Villiger (AIUB)

Dear IGS colleagues!

After taking care of the IGS antenna phase center model for more than 
ten years, new challenges are waiting for me. I would like to thank the 
members of the Antenna Working Group and all others that supported me 
over the years. It was always a pleasure to work for the IGS.

I am very glad that the chair of the Governing Board was able to find a 
successor in time: Arturo Villiger (AIUB) is my designated successor as 
the chair of the Antenna Working Group (to be confirmed by the Governing 
Board). As of now, he will also keep the phase center model up-to-date 
for you. I hope that he will receive the same support to do this as I 
got. You can contact Arturo at arturo.villiger at aiub.unibe.ch. I wish him 
all the best in his new position!


Besides these news, igs14_wwww.atx has been updated. The new release is 
called 'igs14_1941.atx'. Receiver antenna calibrations for two 
additional antenna types have been added that were performed by Geo++ GmbH:

1) One robot calibration provided by Atlanta RF Tech LLC:

ARFAS1FS        ARFC

2) One robot calibration provided by Topcon Corp.:
