[IGSMAIL-7434] Change of repository : folder v2e no longer maintained

Dear colleagues,

I wish to inform you that since 1 January 2017, the file /rgp/data_v2e/ 
reachable from FTP servers ftp://rgpdata.ign.fr and 
ftp://rgpdata.ensg.eu is no longer maintained.

Indeed, since that day, we do not remove any observation while 
processing : data located in file /rgp/data are therefore complete and 
can contain, in addition to GPS and GLONASS, some GALILEO and SBAS 
observations. (Before January 1st, v2e data are still in this repository.)

Yet, the download page on our website still allows you to download only 
the constellations you want and saves you from having to reprocess the 
data by yourself. Please find the download tool to the following adress 
: http://rgp.ign.fr/DONNEES/diffusion/.
Also pay attention please : if you check 'GALILEO' on the interface and 
if data contain SBAS observations, these ones will be in the downloaded 
file. We hope to be able to offer the way to choose SBAS directly in our 
tool.

To know which constellations are followed by our stations, i invite you 
to look at the stations pages on our web site : 
http://rgp.ign.fr/STATIONS/liste.php.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or if you 
encountered some problems downloading.
