[IGSMAIL-7423] Delay in the submission of Ultra Rapid product igu19341_00 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Dear Colleagues,

There was a delay in the submission of the ultra-rapid product 'igu19341_00', of approximately 25 minutes.

There was an issue in creating the summary report of the products, caused by missing satellite eclipse information. We are currently investigating further. The products should now be available for download from all of the global data centres.
