[IGSMAIL-7266] gfzrnx-1.03-6491 released

Dear IGS Colleagues,

we would like to anounce the next release version of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3 
toolbox (gfzrnx-1.03-6491).

Due to feedback we have fixed several bugs.

Please see the changelog.txt and the updated manual for details.
