[IGSMAIL-7201] GLONASS R26/R801 included in CODE analysis

Dear IGS colleagues,

We would like to inform you that IGS observation data with respect to
the GLONASS R26/R801, the first GLONASS-K1 satellite (701K), launched
on 26-Feb-2011, is included in the IGS analysis at CODE (nominally as
of day 320). After day 258 (of 2015), an expansive receiver firmware
update could be noticed for JAVAD receivers (to firmware version
3.5.10). This receiver firmware update seems to enable the tracking of
R26.

The following summary was compiled concerning the GLONASS
R25/R26/R27/R28 tracking situation (considering IGS and IGS-MGEX data
until day 329). It contains:
- station identifier,
- RINEX version,
- receiver type,
- firmware version,
- list of extra GLONASS satellites (with yy-ddd of last appearance).

It is worth mentioning that the second GLONASS-K1 (702K), launched on
30-Nov-2014, is active and tracked as R27 (R802) exclusively by the
RAMO JAVAD receiver (running with firmware version 3.6.2).

Finally, we would like to thank the station managers for delivering
this additional GLONASS tracking data to the IGS and IGS-MGEX.
