[IGSMAIL-7197] OWNG GNSS station

[Operation Regina]

Dear David

Following a change of plot owner, the OWNG station is down. This change will lead relocate  DORIS and GNSS instruments.

We are sorry for the decision independent from IGN and CNES team.

An investigation is underway with the Linz for its relocation.

Please find attached the last email from regina operation and  some information from Matt Amos "LINZ".

Dear colleagues,

Due to an issue involving the location of the station at Owhenga, the REGINA mark mast need to be removed. The data was stopped since doy 320 17h45 UT.
All apologies for the inconveniences encountered.

The new landowner (only just found out that it had changed) is in the process of redeveloping the area to expand the fish factory where the equipment is located. They need the REGINA mark mast to be removed and the equipment hut housing the DORIS beacon transmitted, the REGINA receiver, the VSAT communications and the LINZ tsunami station equipment.
