[IGSMAIL-7183] New CNES real time products including Beidou

Dear colleagues,
thanks to the use of the extrapolated multi-constellation orbits recently provided by GFZ,
the CNES real-time analysis center now provides State Space Representation for Beidou.
These new products are available via the CLK93 stream.

The CLK93 stream now contains the following RTCM messages:

GPS     Orbits, Clocks, Code biases  ( 5 sec): 1060, 1059
Glonass Orbits, Clocks, Code biases  ( 5 sec): 1066, 1065
Galileo Orbits, Clocks, Code biases  ( 5 sec): 1243, 1242
Beidou  Orbits, Clocks               ( 5 sec): 1261
GPS phase biases for AR (L1, L2, L5) ( 5 sec): 1265
Ionosphere VTEC                      (60 sec): 1264

The characteristics of the CNES real-time solutions are the following:

Beidou corrections are defined over the broadcast available at the mountpoint RTCM3EPH-MGEX at the mgex.igs-ip.net caster.
They are computed thanks to the latest version of BNC (available at the BKG SVN repository).
