[IGSMAIL-7132] Power outage at KASI

A major power outage is planned at KASI from Friday 31/07/2015 09h00 UT to Monday 03/08/2015 01h00 UT. The KASI GDC will not be available during that time. We apologize for the problems this outage will cause the users.
