[IGSMAIL-7117] Update - gfzrnx 0.95(beta) RINEX-2/3 Tool

Dear IGS Colleagues,

we would like to anounce the next version 0.95 of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3 Tool.

we relesed the header editing option and fixed some minor bugs concerning the
header statistics. See the updated documenmtation for further details.

Be aware, that the software is still in a beta state !

Any feedback (suggestions, bugs, ...) is welcome and can be sent to:
