[IGSMAIL-7103] Update - gfzrnx 0.94(beta) RINEX-2/3 Tool

Dear IGS Colleagues,

we would like to anounce the next version 0.94 of the "gfzrnx" RINEX-2/3 Tool.

we recommend the update because a serious bug in RINEX naviagation files 
splicing was fixed.

Be aware, that the software is still in a beta state !

Any feedback (suggestions, bugs, ...) is welcome and can be sent to:
