NOTIFICATION:
We detected the following GLONASS constellation change from day 102 to
day 103 (13 Apr 2015):

   GLONASS-746, R17, 2011-071A, frequency channel +4
   GLONASS-714, R17, 2005-050A, frequency channel -6
