[IGSMAIL-7020] SCOR: Failure to log data

Dear colleagues

Data logging at SCOR has stopped since Julian day 352, for an unknown reason.
A replacement receiver has been shipped, but data collection must be expected to be inoperative for an unknown period, due the low frequency of package deliveries at the location.
