- Full, single and multi-frequency, multi-GNSS data processing

- Delivering multi-GNSS orbits and clock products

- Delivering atmospheric products such as ionosphere and troposphere models

- Delivering un-calibrated signal biases (USDs)

- Providing both real-time and batch-processing capability

- Delivering products to the IGS community

- Implement dynamic POD models for the generation of real-time, rapid and weekly final multi-GNSS orbits and clocks

- Implement un-differenced or single and double differenced algorithms of multi-GNSS (GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, BEIDOU, QZSS, IRNSS), un-combined or combined multi-frequency data.

- Implement multi-GNSS, multi-frequency data editing and cleaning algorithms (cycle slips, clock jumps etc.) both in real-time and post-processing

- Implement, verify and control the GNSS signal in space specifications and GNSS system performance standards

- Implement, verify and control the International Earth Rotation Service (IERS 2010) conventions, and the IGS Repro 2 campaign standards
