NOTIFICATION:

We observed a series of three repositioning events with respect to
PRN03/SVN69 on:

24-Nov-2014 19:56:46 GPST (mean epoch of event)
01-Dec-2014 14:00:05 GPST (mean epoch of event)
02-Dec-2014 20:13:41 GPST (mean epoch of event)

The estimated components of the velocity change will be given in our
IGS analysis summary for GPS week 1820/1821.

    -12.2 mm/sec (out of plane)
    150.3 mm/sec (radial)

      4.0 mm/sec (out of plane)
