Dear IGS colleagues!
The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1808.atx'. It contains the
following changes:
1) According to NANU 2014069, Block IIA satellite SVN35 resumes
transmitting L-band utilizing PRN03 on approximately 5 September 2014.
Therefore, the following satellite has been added to igs08.atx:
G03 (G035)
Source:
> NOTICE ADVISORY TO NAVSTAR USERS (NANU) 2014069 NANU TYPE: GENERAL
> *** GENERAL MESSAGE TO ALL GPS USERS ***
> ON APPROXIMATELY 05 SEP 2014 SVN35 WILL RESUME TRANSMITTING L-BAND UTILIZING PRN03. AT L-BAND ACTIVATION, SVN35/PRN03 WILL BE UNUSABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. ADDITIONALLY, NO BROADCAST ALMANACS WILL INCLUDE SVN35/PRN03 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

2) A decommission date for the following satellite has been added:
G03 (G033): 18 August 2014
Although officially removed from the GPS constellation on 2 August 2014
(see NANU 2014063), SVN33 didn't stop signal transmission before 18
August 2014 according to the IGS tracking statistics provided by CODE
(ftp://ftp.unibe.ch/aiub/igsdata/odata_gnss_day.txt).
