[IGSMAIL-6959] Delay in IGS Final orbit solution for week 1803

Dear Colleagues,

The Final Orbit product for week 1803 was delayed due to delay of
SINEX report delivery.  IGN informed me that there was no issue with
the TRF combination but the process after the combination had a
glitch.  Thus the weekly report delivery was delayed for 4 days.  I
apologize for any inconvenience.
