Resubmission of Final IGS Combined Products for 1798.0-6

The IGS combined final orbit file for 1798_6 was reprocessed by adding one
missing AC contribution.  The clock and ERP are unchanged.

The other day's (wk1798 days 0-5) products will not be affected by this
resubmission.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
