[IGSMAIL-6923] IGS Rapid Combination (IGR): 1792 0 to 1794 1 (Resubmission)

Dear Colleagues,

The rapid products from week 1792-0 until 1794-1 were resubmitted in
order to correct an issue with the ERP combination. Recent changes in
ESA's Rapid products and exclusion of SIO caused the NGS Rapid product
receive higher weight.  However, the NGS Analysis Center was suffering
from biases in the PM-y w.r.t. the Final ERP combinations from IGN.

There are NO differences in the orbit (sp3) products for the entire
period. However, negligible station clock differences in the clk files
are notified from the week 1792-0 to 1793-3.  Therefore PPN results in
the summary reports are slightly (1-2 mm level) affected. Only ERP
combinations are affected for the period from 1793-3 to 1794-1.
