[IGSMAIL-6914] igs08_1793.atx: Update including Block IIF-6 satellite SVN67/PRN06

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1793.atx'. It contains the 
following changes:

1) The sixth Block IIF satellite launched on 17 May 2014 has been added:

G06 (G067)

The following PRELIMINARY phase center offset (PCO) values were assigned:

PCO_X =  39.4 cm
PCO_Y =   0.0 cm
PCO_Z = 160.0 cm

The COSPAR ID (2014-026A?) has not been confirmed yet.

2) A decommission date for the following satellite was added according 
to the IGS tracking statistics as provided by CODE 
(ftp://ftp.unibe.ch/aiub/igsdata/odata_gnss_day.txt):

G06 (G049): 5 May 2014
