[IGSMAIL-6894] Predicted displacements from 14apr02 aftershock

I have calculated predicted displacements for the largest aftershock of the Iquique earthquake, which had magnitude estimates ranging from 7.6-7.8. The same method and tools were used as in IGSMAIL-6893, with the same comments and caveats. These displacements are best used as a guide for the expected magnitude of earthquake displacements, rather than as corrections for geodetic time series. Because this earthquake was smaller, I have filtered the sites so that only those with displacements larger than 1 mm are shown here. I also sorted by station name.
