[IGSMAIL-6874] Re-submission of wk 1765-1778 IGS SINEX combinations

Dear Colleagues,

During GPS weeks 1765-1778, the IGS SINEX combinations have occasionally been affected by an issue, resulting in a loose definition of the orientation of some combined solutions. While this issue had little impact on the values of the combined pole coordinates (< 0.01 mas), it was the cause of occasionally large formal errors for the combined pole coordinates.

After the issue was identified and corrected, the daily and weekly SINEX combinations of weeks 1765-1778 were rerun. Products from the re-combinations are already available at ftp://igs-rf.ign.fr/pub and ftp://igs-rf.ensg.eu/pub, and will soon replace the older products at all IGS data centers. Note that these re-submissions concern exclusively all "igsyyPwwww*" files.

A corrected version of the igs00p03.erp EOP time series will be released with the SINEX combination of week 1780, by the end of this week.
