[IGSMAIL-6855] Probable delays in IGS Ultra-rapid and Rapid products this coming weekend

Dear Colleagues:

The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) will experience power outages
this Saturday (Jan. 11) and Sunday (Jan. 12) from 06:30 till 18:00
EST. NRL hosts the servers that perform the IGS orbit, clock, and ERP
combinations. As a result, the IGS Ultra-rapid and Rapid GNSS products
will likely be unavailable during the outages. Missing products will
be generated and released at the end of the outage on each day.
