[IGSMAIL-6835] Delayed delivery of IGS rapid products igr17653.???

Dear Colleagues:

The combination procedures encountered glitches during the generation of 
the Rapid products
for wk=1765 & dow=3 (07 November 2013), which delayed their delivery by 
about
243 minutes.

I have rescheduled the job priorities that caused the delay, and expect 
the combination
procedures to resume normally.

Apologies for any inconvenience this delay may have caused.
