[IGSMAIL-6736] Power outage delays two most recent IGUs

Dear Colleagues,

An overnight power outage at our offsite location disrupted
internet connectivity and delayed the delivery of the Ultra-
rapid products for 1729_4_00 and 1729_4_06. The failed
equipment has been replaced and the missing products have
been delivered to the Data Centers.

Sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused.
