[IGSMAIL-6705] replacement RINEX files for AMC2/USN3 (clock calibrations applied) [Re: IGSmail 6698]

Please be advised, replacement daily 30s RINEX files will be uploaded before 23:59 UTC today.
The replacement files have been updated to include a clock calibration correction
for each of the two sites AMC2 and USN3, as was the previous practice, with the calibration 
factors now being indicated in the RINEX header COMMENT section.

Days of the corrected files:
AMC2 doy 342-348 inclusive
USN3 doy 346-348 inclusive

Apologies for the abrupt and temporary change in behavior for these files.
Please contact me with any issues regarding these replacement files.
