[IGSMAIL-6632] KASI GDC shutdown

This is Sool Lim, a manager of KASI GDC



KASI GDC has been shut down because of the storage extension.



I expected that the work is done today, but It seems to need more times.



KASI GDC plans to operate normally at 26, july.
