[IGSMAIL-6622] KASI network outage

The KASI GDC archive will be unavailable on July 6 starting at 09:00 UTC for approximately 5 days for moving our servers into a new facility. At that time, the system will be shut down in preparation for the exchange of IP and test. We apologize for all inconveniences.
