Applications are invited for a research fellow position at the SPACE Research Centre, RMIT University:
 
We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and talented researcher with a PhD degree 
in GNSS POD, geodesy,astrodynamics and/or aerospace engineering. 
The appointee will work primarily on space tracking and space situation awareness, 
real-time orbit determination (OD), atmospheric mass density modelling, 
space conjunction analysis, satellite laser ranging (SLR) and precise point positioning (PPP) etc. 
 
The successful applicant is expected To contribute to existing research projects (in particular the multi-million dollars prestigious Australian Space Research Program project awarded to a consortium led by SPACE); To actively assist in developing new projects to meet stakeholder expectations; To provide leadership and mentoring to junior staff and HDR students, To communicate effectively with potential collaborators and stakeholders, To lead, undertake and participate in the day-to-day operations of the research work; and To produce high quality and high impact research outputs.
