[IGSMAIL-6589] Reminder: IGS Technical Reports

Dear Colleagues,

this is a reminder for submitting contributions to the IGS Technical 
Report 2011 (see IGSMAIL-6493 and http://www.igstr.aiub.unibe.ch/ or 
http://www.igs.org/overview/pubs.html) as the deadline of

*** May 31 ***

is quickly approaching. Components from whom contributions are expected 
will be reminded directly by Dr. Michael Meindl from the Astronomical 
Institute of the University of Bern who coordinates the publication of 
the report. All other components are welcome to submit contributions as 
well.

The report shall cover the year 2011. As no Technical Reports are 
available since 2005 it is appropriate to also include highlights and 
important changes also for the years 2005-2011.
