[IGSMAIL-6569] A note about resubmitted IGS Final products (Wks 1680 & 1681)

Dear Colleagues,

There were non-trivial errors in the IGS Final combined clocks
for GPS Wks 1680 and 1681. The orbits and ERPs did not change.
Updated products were just resubmitted to the Data Centers.

If your applications depend on the Final clocks, then please
consider to reprocess data for these two weeks. Allow some time
for the Data Centers to complete the redistribution of the
updated products.

Sorry for any inconvenience this issue has caused IGS users.
