[IGSMAIL-6552] Planned powwer outage at IGN headquarters

A major power outage is planned at IGN headquarters in Saint-Mandé  from
wednesday 07/03/2012 19h00 UT to thursday 08/03/2012 05h00 UT. The IGN DC
facilities will be affected and will be off from wednesday 07/03/2012 15h00
UT to thursday 08/03/2012 06h00 UT.

The IGN alternative DC installed at Marne-la-valle which is not concerned
with this planned outage should remain available at igsdepot.ensg.eu for
uploads (using the same connection parameters) and igs.ensg.eu for data
delivery. Data will be automatically archived at IGN DC at Saint-Mandé by
internal or external mirroring shortly after power has resumed.
