[IGSMAIL-6549] Phase Center Variations

Dear IGS Colleagues:

 

Absolute receiver antenna phase patterns are changed from relative to
absolute, and sp3 files contains PCV:IGS08 model. Please be informed that
can I use the relative antenna information based on the IGS ANTEX file
igs_01.atx and IGS sp3 files with  PCV:IGS08 model, together; or can I find
IGS sp3 files with  PCV:IGS05 model?
