[IGSMAIL-6528] Participation into M-GEX by applying to JAXA's Call for hosting site

Dear colleagues who are thinking to join M-GEX project

IGS M-GEX will start on the coming February 1, 2012.
If you have an interest in the project but don't have a receiver which
can track multiple constellation, I would like to request that you would
consider to apply to JAXA's call for hosting site for Multi-GNSS
Monitoring Network (MGM-Net).

We are currently request for your application by February 15, 2012.
Participation into M-GEX will be late but still can contribute to the
project.
