[IGSMAIL-6524] Network outage at NASA GSFC - January 18, 2012

We have been notified that there will be a network outage
at NASA GSFC on Wednesday January 18, 2012 from 19:00 
through ~22:00 p.m. (EST, 00:00-03:00 UTC January 19) that 
will affect CDDIS operations. All connectivity to our servers 
will be off-line during the outage which could last 2 to 3 hours. 

While the CDDIS is unavailable, users can access one of the other
data centers supporting the services:
