[IGSMAIL-6502] Tracking GALILEO IOV E11 in Perth Western Australia

Dear colleagues



After some quiet time on GALILEO IOV front (launch 21.10.11), one of the
satellites has apparently started test transmissions on E1 (L1) frequency.
We have been able to track and log data from GALILEO IOV E11 satellite
since 10th of December 2011 on our Trimble R9 and Septentrio PolaRX4 Pro
receivers at GNSS Research Centre, Curtin University Perth. See TEQC
outputs below.



The code, however, seems to be problematic as Trimble R9 reports
pseudo-range of about 40000 KM (GEO?) while Septentrio reports if to be
16000 KM (LEO). Also there is no navigation data on the signal yet.



Let us know if you want to have the RINEX observation files with data from
E11.
