[IGSMAIL-6491] GPS/GLONASS Real-time Clock Combination for PPP

Dear Colleague,

We would like to announce a first GPS plus GLONASS real-time combination
for clock corrections produced in the RT-IGS Framework to support
Precise Point Positioning. So far the combination is based on a DLR
solutions and a solution by BKG & CTU.

The stream is available through RTCM SSR messages from mountpoint IGS03
on NtripCaster http://products.igs-ip.net/home. The BNC tool for
applying orbit and clock corrections in a real-time PPP solution can be
downloaded from http://igs.bkg.bund.de/ntrip/download. A performance
monitor for the new real-time product is available at
http://igs.bkg.bund.de/ntrip/ppp#Scene24.
