[IGSMAIL-6446] SOPAC system outage

Hello all,

The UC San Diego Campus had a power outage Friday afternoon lasting about
1.5 hours and SOPAC's SAN storage cluster suffered some damage.

Currently, the FTP servers and some web services are still not available
but we hope to have them up late this afternoon.  Full restoration of
SOPAC's archive may take somewhat longer. We are very sorry for any
inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
